General Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery
We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post and DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group). Delivery takes place once a week. The delivery time can take up to 7 working days.
2. Shipping costs
When ordering a magazine we charge 3,00 Euro shipping costs within Germany. International shipping for one magazine is charged at 7.00 Euro. It is possible to order more than one magazine - the shipping costs depend on the weight and destination and will be calculated during the ordering process.
3. Payment
We only accept PayPal as payment method.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page.
5. Data protection
Your personal data will be stored for the necessity of the business transaction. Of course, this data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Prices
All prices include the legal value added tax.
8. Right of revocation
You may revoke your contractual declaration in text form (letter, e-mail) within two weeks without stating reasons. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in good time.
